Background:
I graduated from the University of East London with a degree in Urban Estate Mangement in 1996 and then started work in an office agency based in Soho. Being Young, Free and Single I made the most of working in London and enjoyed the London social scene realising the need for a company that specailises in the Leisure Property needs of the Leisure Tenant hence in May 1998 I took the plunge and established Gilmarc Associates with a clear mission statement - 'To provide a friendly, personal and approachable Leisure Agency for operators and landlords alike'.   

Key roles:
Acquisitions, disposals and valuations of all manner of commercial and licensed premises including:
Bars, Clubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Gyms, Supermarkets and Retail.

Consultancy:
Consulting start-ups, operators and landlords alike.

Leasehold and rent valuations:
Based on my in depth market knowledge I will gladly advise on valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals.

Agency:
Ranging from the initial valuation to completion stage I will assist you every step of the way should you instruct me to market your premises. Interests:
A keen Premier League Table Tennis player that despite my deceiving physique am able to fly round the table! I am also a keen Boxing follower who would love to get in the ring but getting hit completely turns me off the idea!

Background:
I worked previously as a personalised tour coordinator for up-market American tour groups so I’m no stranger to hard work and enjoy a challenge. The organisation and negotiation skills needed for my previous job have been invaluable in the leisure property industry. I’ve always enjoyed working with people, and now find great satisfaction in helping start-up companies and operators alike secure their ideal premises.

Key Roles:
I am responsible for the acquisition and disposal of all manner of commercial and licensed premises, including retail sites, cafés, restaurants and bars. I work with a number of established operators and landlords alike, but specialise in consulting start-up companies, giving that extra bit of care and attention to those that need it most.

Interests:
I enjoy dancing, going to the theatre, socializing and seeing new places. I am a bit of a bookworm and I’m always trying to learn new things. Other interests include cooking, cocktails and homemaking. However my all-time favorite past time would have to be eating out, so I think I am definately in the right job!

Background:
I am from an Italian background consisting of a family of restaurateurs so I am well versed in dealing with properties in this sector. I speak fluent Italian so am well placed to deal with existing Italian restaurateurs or Italians looking to break into the British market.  I have plenty of experience having previously worked in a Restaurant/Nightclub for 15 years as the business manager so having been on the operator side this gives me a unique insight and the ability to identify the needs and demands of buyers and sellers alike.

Key Roles:
My main focus is acting on behalf of tenants and landlords alike on the disposal, valuation and acquisition of leisure premises all over England with a main interest in London.

Qualifications:
Member of the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians)

Interests:
I enjoy going out, meeting people, reading, and in my spare time I like to upgrade, and re-build computer systems. I enjoy many sports including football, cricket and I regularly train in the Martial Arts. Last, but not least, I love eating out!!

Background:
Having studied for a BSc Honors Degree in 'Business Information Systems Management', I graduated in 2003 with a 2:1 pass, it did become apparent that a career in IT was not for me and decided to enter the world of Commercial Property! I began working for Gilmarc Associates in 2004 and have never looked back!

I am passionate about the licensed & leisure property sector and I am always keen to hear from exciting new operators entering into the market.

Key Roles:
I offer a more tailored service to key clients advising them on all manner of commercial property related matters from new site acquisitions to maximising investment yields on commercial and mixed used schemes.

Consultancy:
Having dealt with a vast array of different new food concepts, pub/bar operators, gyms & commercial property Landlords I have the market intelligence, knowledge & expertise to advise you accordingly; whether you are considering ways in developing your business, expand your brand or perhaps you are thinking of selling, either scenario, I can help.

Interests:
I have always been a keen athlete and partake in a range of sports. During my younger years I excelled in compettive swimming and swam at national level on numerous occasions. In more recent years I took an interest in combat sports such as Muai Thai Boxing and Boxing which I have trained for over the past 10 years. I also love running and cycling and love to cycle to work (weather permitting!). I also have a pssion for travelling and eating out trying as many different foods as I can.
