The club was taking good money and we managed to acheive a premium value that reflected the trade. Nov '08 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of the assignor of The Social, Bridge Street, Northampton - a large pub/bar premises located in the centre of Northampton sold to a local celebrity entrepeneur. Oct '08 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of the landlord of 190 Shaftesbury Avenue, London WC2 in the granting of a new lease to The Otarian Group, a new concept vegetarian restaurant that is looking to start the succesful chain of restaurants they have in Australia over in the UK. Sept '08 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of the assignor of La Perla, 28 Brewer Street, London W1 in the sale of their leasehold interest to Bistro 1 to increase their holding of four restaurants all in Central London. Sept '08 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of a family who have succesful businesses in India to purchase the leasehold interest of the Pizza Hut in St Albans High Street. Aug '08 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of Silvergrapes Ltd in acquiring the lease of Unit 3, 202-206 Union Street, London SE1. They will trade as The Wine Theatre, a new concept form of dining that concentrates on quality wine. Aug '08 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of Samurai Sushi who increased their portfolio of restaurants by acquiring the leasehold interest of premises located in The Excell Centre, Docklands.
