June '09 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of Tinseltown to sell their leasehold interest of Kiosk 1, Centre Court Shopping Centre, Wimbledon - The lease was sold to local operators who will be strating up a new concept fusion of Thai food and Sushi.

 

May '09 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of The Legless Frog, Upper Ham, Richmond to sell their Pub Tied Leasehold Interest to established independent pub operators who will no doubt make use of the huge beer garden this pub had to offer in the heart of Richmond.

 

April '09 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of the assignors of 41 Craven Road, London W2. Their leasehold interest of the whole building including flats above was sold to a Malaysian restaurant operator.

 

April '09 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of Ciros Pizza Pomodora, Bishopsgate Churchyard, London EC3 in the sale of their leasehold interest to Cocktails and Dreams a new concept bar that will take full advantage of the ornate features being an old Roman Bath house and the fantastic late licensing these premises benefit from.  

 

March '09 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of the assignors of the well known, large Notting Hill nightclub; 12 Acklam Road, London W10, The premises have a capacity of 750 people and previously traded as Sub Terranean. The leasehold Interest was sold to Supper Club London, which will be a great concept for this site.

Jan '09 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of the assignor of 20 Kensington Church Street, London W8 t/a Number 20 - in the sale of their leasehold interest to an entrepeneurial family that were looking to open their first club. The club was taking good money and we managed to acheive a premium value that reflected the trade.

 

Dec '08 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of the assignor of 92-94 Waterford Road, London SW6 in the sale of their leasehold interest to Thai Rice. The premises were a fully fitted quality Indian Restaurant based in Fulham with great window frontage to New Kings Road.

 

Dec '08 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of Ghost Bar in acquiring their third unit being the old Weatherspoon Unit located at 113-117 Farringdon Road, London EC1.

 

Nov '08 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of the assignor of The Social, Bridge Street, Northampton - a large pub/bar premises located in the centre of Northampton sold to a local celebrity entrepeneur.

 

Oct '08 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of the landlord of 190 Shaftesbury Avenue, London WC2 in the granting of a new lease to The Otarian Group, a new concept vegetarian restaurant that is looking to start the succesful chain of restaurants they have in Australia over in the UK.

 

Sept '08 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of the assignor of La Perla, 28 Brewer Street, London W1 in the sale of their leasehold interest to Bistro 1 to increase their holding of four restaurants all in Central London.

 

Sept '08 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of a family who have succesful businesses in India to purchase the leasehold interest of the Pizza Hut in St Albans High Street.

 

Aug '08 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of Silvergrapes Ltd in acquiring the lease of Unit 3, 202-206 Union Street, London SE1. They will trade as The Wine Theatre, a new concept form of dining that concentrates on quality wine.

 

Aug '08 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of Samurai Sushi who increased their portfolio of restaurants by acquiring the leasehold interest of premises located in The Excell Centre, Docklands.

 

Jul '08 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of the assignor at 165-167 St Johns Hill, London SW11 in the sale of their leasehold interest of their bar premises to a local start up operator.

 

June '08 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of the landlords of 53 Lexington Street, London W1 in granting a new lease to Mildreds based a few doors down in order for them to open their new concept patisserie shop.

 

June '08 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of the assignor of the late night City Bar called Playbar, 58 Old Street, London EC1 in selling their leasehold interest to the well know bar operators Popbarz Ltd.

May '08 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of the vendors in selling the Virtual Freehold Interest of the well known and established Concordia Notte Restaurant at 29-31 Craven Road, Paddington, W2. The premises will trade as Assaha Restaurant, a prestigious Lebanese chain from the Middle East, with this being their first venture in the UK.

 

 
117-119 Brompton Road...SOLD! Print E-mail

April '08 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of the Lundum family in disposing their leasehold interest at 117-119 Brompton Road to a Michelin Starred French Chef who has well established restaurants in France. Lundums had been a 15 year established Danish Restaurant located in the heart of Chelsea. 

 

March '08 - Gilmarc Associates disposed of the leasehold interest at 93 Charlotte Street, W1 to Tsunami Restaurants a quality Japanese Fusion restaurant.

 

Feb '08 - Gilmarc Associates sold the Freehold of 25 Battersea Rise, Dixies to an active property company.
