June '09 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of Tinseltown to sell their leasehold interest of Kiosk 1, Centre Court Shopping Centre, Wimbledon - The lease was sold to local operators who will be strating up a new concept fusion of Thai food and Sushi.

 

May '09 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of The Legless Frog, Upper Ham, Richmond to sell their Pub Tied Leasehold Interest to established independent pub operators who will no doubt make use of the huge beer garden this pub had to offer in the heart of Richmond.

 

April '09 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of the assignors of 41 Craven Road, London W2. Their leasehold interest of the whole building including flats above was sold to a Malaysian restaurant operator.

 

April '09 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of Ciros Pizza Pomodora, Bishopsgate Churchyard, London EC3 in the sale of their leasehold interest to Cocktails and Dreams a new concept bar that will take full advantage of the ornate features being an old Roman Bath house and the fantastic late licensing these premises benefit from.  

 

March '09 - Gilmarc Associates acted on behalf of the assignors of the well known, large Notting Hill nightclub; 12 Acklam Road, London W10, The premises have a capacity of 750 people and previously traded as Sub Terranean. The leasehold Interest was sold to Supper Club London, which will be a great concept for this site.
